A PRESENCE WAITING TO BE ORGANIZED

From fragmentation to a recognizable system

Dialoghi Interiori began as a digital community dedicated to raising awareness about narcissistic and psychological abuse, founded by Giulia Giordano, a graduate in International Relations and Law, initially developing through YouTube and later expanding to Facebook and other social channels.
The richness of the content had generated a largely spontaneous communication style, but one lacking a central system capable of guiding, archiving and giving proper value to the body of work already produced.

The design challenge was therefore to give shape to a clear structure without losing the community’s authentic character: creating an authoritative point of access, organizing information, and making the relationship between content, people, services, events and publications immediately understandable.

Building a hub for a growing community

The website was designed from the ground up as the core of the entire communication system. Every page builds an information hierarchy designed to guide users through different levels of depth.
Particular attention was given to managing the vast amount of material already produced. Rather than indiscriminately transferring every piece of content onto the site, the structure uses strategic links to external channels, creating a navigation system that leads to YouTube playlists, social media, the podcast, events and editorial resources without overloading the digital experience.
The goal was not to concentrate everything in a single space, but to put every piece of content in the right place and make the whole legible.

VISUAL GRAMMAR

From an identity mark to a coordinated language

The visual direction was developed starting from elements already present in the logo, transforming them into a design grammar capable of extending across the entire ecosystem.
Typography, color palette, hierarchies, composition, image treatment and layout principles were all defined to build continuity across the different platforms.
The result is a replicable visual system, designed not for a single medium but to maintain recognizability across formats, devices and contexts.
The same logic was applied to social media communication and printed materials, allowing Dialoghi Interiori to present itself as a single identity regardless of the touchpoint.

A MULTI-CHANNEL ECOSYSTEM

One identity, multiple points of access

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok were brought together within a shared visual system, with coordinated graphics adapted to the specifics of each channel.
Even the YouTube playlist previews were designed and organized within the site to make navigating the video archive more intuitive.
The design work goes beyond the surface graphics of individual posts, addressing the relationship between content, platform and user journey.
In this way, social media stops being merely a place to publish and becomes an entry point into a broader system, with the website serving as the structure for orientation and deeper exploration.

One of the central interventions concerned the reorganization of the editorial and informational material accumulated over time.
Events, video content, articles, services and educational materials were brought together into a structure that makes them easy to find and connect.
The Blog organizes the informational dimension, the Events section gathers past activities, while the pages dedicated to services and books turn the offering into immediate points of reference.
Book sales were also integrated into the structure through links to the respective publishing and commercial channels, keeping the site light and focused on its core function: organizing, narrating and guiding.

A VOICE THAT BECOMES A FORMAT

Designing the Podcast

The Podcast introduced a new format into Dialoghi Interiori’s communication. Its segment structure and the visual identity of its previews were defined, creating a language consistent with the system already developed for the other channels.
The design treated the Podcast not as an isolated element, but as a further extension of the editorial identity: a recognizable format, embedded in the same visual and communicative logic as the rest of the ecosystem.
The production and uploading of individual episodes remained directly managed by the founder.

IDENTITY BEYOND THE SCREEN

Continuity between digital and physical

The visual system was designed to go beyond the screen and remain just as effective in physical communication.
Business cards were developed as a direct application of the digital identity, transferring the same composition and recognizability criteria defined for the website and social channels onto print.
This continuity strengthens brand perception across every point of contact: online, on social media, at events, and in direct interaction.

THE SPHERICAL METHOD IN ACTION

THE SPHERICAL METHOD
IN ACTION

In the Dialoghi Interiori project, the Spherical Method is applied as a principle for organizing the relationships between identity, content, tools and people.
The value lies not in the simple production of individual graphic elements, but in the ability to treat them as parts of a single system: the website converses with social media, social media points toward in-depth content, playlists organize the archive, the Podcast introduces new formats, events feed the narrative, and publishing carries the same identity into physical space.
The project is thus approached as an interconnected whole, identifying a precise function for each element within the system. This reduces dispersion without sacrificing complexity, maintaining recognizability and coherence even as format, channel or mode of use changes.
This is what sets it apart from an approach based on mere visual uniformity: it is not about making everything the same, but about making everything belong to the same system of meaning.

EDITORIAL DESIGN

Two covers, two moments of transformation

EDITORIAL DESIGN

Two covers, two moments of transformation

The editorial design extended the creative direction to Giulia Giordano’s publications, through two covers conceived as autonomous narrative devices belonging to the same body of research.
For “Storie di abuso narcisistico”, published by Scritto.io, the concept stems from the contrast between appearance and reality. The front cover shows a narcissus flower at the height of its beauty; on the back, the same floral presence is reflected in a mirror in a grey, decaying state. The entire cover takes on the color of the narcissus, turning the hue into a kind of perceptual environment: an apparently harmonious bubble that, precisely because of this, makes the contrast between outward beauty and inner decay all the more powerful.
For “L’Alchimia dell’Anima: Guarire attraverso i Dialoghi Interiori”, published by Scritto.io, the language shifts to focus on the concept of transformation. At the center of the composition are various symbols, from the four elements to references to alchemical tradition. The passage from lead to gold becomes a visual metaphor for inner transformation: not the erasure of experience, but its reworking into a newly reclaimed awareness.

A SYSTEM THAT KEEPS GROWING

Structure as creative infrastructure

A SYSTEM THAT KEEPS GROWING

Structure as creative infrastructure

The result is a communication ecosystem in which visual design, content architecture and editorial direction work together.
Dialoghi Interiori moves from a scattered, largely spontaneous digital presence to a recognizable system, capable of organizing what already exists, welcoming new formats, and maintaining coherence over time.
The project shows how creative direction can become a strategic tool: not merely defining a brand’s appearance, but building the conditions for identity, content and touchpoints to grow without losing their center.
